Guiding wealth. Growing barakah.

Rizq Compass exists to help ordinary people build financial literacy, strengthen their financial foundations and pursue halal wealth through informed, long-term decision making.

The Founder’s Journey

My journey into investing started when I realised I had done almost nothing to prepare for retirement.

I was in my thirties, working a decent job and sitting on a reasonable amount of savings, but beyond earning a salary and hoping for future promotions, I had no real plan for building long-term wealth.

When I started researching investing, I quickly discovered how little I actually knew. Everywhere I looked, there seemed to be another expert promising the next £100,000, another cryptocurrency supposedly "going to the moon", or another strategy filled with jargon that assumed I already understood the basics.

The more I researched, the more confused I became.

Eventually I realised something important: if a concept cannot be explained in a simple and relatable way, the problem is not always the student. Sometimes the problem is the teacher.

Instead of chasing shortcuts, I started focusing on the fundamentals: budgeting, avoiding unnecessary debt, building emergency savings, clearing debt, understanding pensions and investing consistently for the long term.

Those lessons became the foundation of what I now call the Halal Wealth Roadmap.

I created Rizq Compass to provide the resource I wish I had when I started: a simple, practical and halal-first guide to financial literacy and long-term wealth building.

The goal is not to help people get rich overnight. The goal is to help ordinary Muslims build strong financial foundations, avoid costly mistakes and make informed decisions that benefit themselves, their families, their communities and the wider Ummah.

Why Rizq Compass Exists

Most people are never taught how money works.

We spend years learning mathematics, science and history, yet very few of us receive practical education on budgeting, debt, investing, compound growth, or long-term financial planning.

For many Muslims, the challenge is even greater. Not only must we navigate personal finance, but we must also ensure our financial decisions align with our values and Islamic principles.

Rizq Compass was created to help bridge that gap through education, practical tools and clear guidance.

Discipline Before Investing

Strong financial habits matter more than chasing the next opportunity.

Avoid Unnecessary Debt

Debt can delay freedom and create long-term financial pressure.

Think Long Term

Sustainable wealth is built over years and decades, not days or weeks.

Seek Barakah Alongside Wealth

Wealth should benefit your family, community and the wider Ummah.

Why Wealth Matters

The purpose of wealth is not simply accumulation.

Financial stability allows people to support their families, care for parents, educate children, give generously, contribute to their communities and strengthen the Ummah.

When pursued ethically and responsibly, wealth becomes a tool for service, opportunity and impact.

What Rizq Compass Is Not

  • Not financial advice
  • Not investment hype
  • Not a get-rich-quick scheme
  • Not a shortcut to wealth

Rizq Compass focuses on education, practical tools and proven principles that have helped ordinary people build wealth over the long term.

Our Long-Term Vision

To become a trusted resource for Muslims seeking to improve their financial literacy, strengthen their financial foundations and build halal wealth with confidence.

Better financial decisions today can help create stronger families, stronger communities and a stronger Ummah tomorrow.
